Planning and implementing Special Units for Continuity of Care – household management of COVID-19 patients

In accordance with the provisions set out by Decree n. 14 of March 9 2020, the organization has been working to implement measures to guarantee household management of COVID-19 patients who do not need hospitalization. 

First of all a Special Units for Continuity of Care was set up covering 9 municipalities thanks to the so called Hospital car, that helped the organization identify strengths and weakneses of the system in place (swot analysis), so as to set up more efficient and safe Special Units. Planning and implementing Special Units for Continuity of Care – household management of COVID-19 patients
